Do you accept welfare insurance?

Yes, most of our offices except welfare or OW insurance with the exception of a few. Please call your location of interest to verify.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

We accept almost all insurance plans. Please contact your specific location of interest to verify.

How do your payment plans work?

Interest free payment plans are a comfortable and affordable for those looking to get expensive procedures done with coverage from the insurance company. A 0% interest payment plan means you won't pay any additional fees such as interest on top of your monthly payments.

Are you accepting new patients? 

Yes, we are always accepting new patients!

What age do I start bringing my children in?

Right away. Even if it’s not for treatment, visiting the office and getting to know the office and its surroundings will make it easier and more comfortable for your children to be treated in the future.

Do you accept Ontario Works?

Yes, we accept all dental plans and would be happy to reserve an appointment for you.

Are you open on weekends?

Some of our offices are open on weekends, please visit your location of interest under locations in the main menu above to verify office hours.

Is there a payment plan I can do?

Most of our offices offer comfortable, 0% interest payment plans, for expensive procedures in particular.

Do you bill directly to insurance companies?

With the exception of our locations in Toronto (The Tooth Corner on Edward Street) and Owen Sound, we do bill directly to the insurance company.

When should I start bringing my child to the dentist? 

We recommend bringing your children to the dentist as early as possible. Even if they are not having dental work done, they can have a ride in the chair. This will help them get used to the atmosphere and remember "the dentist" as a fun experience. The goal is that they will be relaxed and comfortable when the time comes for them to undergo treatment.

Do you offer sedation in the office?

Yes, many of our offices offer sleep dentistry, which often helps those with anxiety or fear of the dentist. If you require sleep dentistry, please call your location of interest to double check that it's available there.
